User conduct and termination

Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or termination. Upon termination, your access to the site will end, and all data may be deleted.

No securities or yield

Fortune Factory may provide real world U.S dollars back to the player as a cash back reward styled as payments for the virtual use of virtual factories. By accessing and using our site you agree that payments are scheduled by Fortune Factory; that payments may be subject to change, reduced significantly, and/or terminated in our sole discretion; and that payment of cash back rewards are not guaranteed. Our intent to pay cash back rewards are not a promise of yield, dividends, interest, or any other form of investment income or return. The sale and purchase of factories and other features that generate in-game cash shall not be construed as a sale of an investment contract, not, or any other form of security. The sale and purchase of these factories and other features that generate in-game cash are for entertainment purposes only.

No features in our services are suitable for investment purposes. No services are a replacement for standard investment vehicles such as stocks or bonds or savings vehicles such as savings accounts, time deposits, or certificates of deposit.

Cash back rewards and cashing out

Our site may offer cash-back rewards, in the form of"real world" U.S. dollars. You may be able to cash out some or all of the amount of the balance of your Virtual Rent to your PayPal account. In order to cash out from our site, the balance of your accrued in-game cash, cash-back rewards must be at least $0.50. This threshold may be subject to change. Furthermore, applicable fees to transfer the money may be deducted from the balance of your accrued in-game cash cash-back rewards. You are encouraged to cash out your rewards on a periodic basis.

Information from PayPal

When you log in with PayPal, we receive certain information such as: your email address and PayPal client ID. We use this information to provide payouts, personalise your experience and provide services and support. This data is stored securely and will not be shared with advertisers.
