Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or logging in (including via PayPal), you agree to this User Agreement and our Privacy Policy. These govern your access to and use of Fortune Factory.

Account registration

You may create an account using your Apple credentials. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, including your login credentials.

Information from PayPal

When you log in with PayPal, we receive certain information such as: your email address and PayPal cleint ID. We use this information to provide payouts, personalise your experience and provide services and support. This data is stored securely and will not be shared with advertisers

Payouts

Payout payments may be processed via PayPal. By using PayPal for payments, you agree to PayPal's Terms of service and Privacy Policy.

User conduct and termination

By using Fortune Factory you agree not to: use the app for illegal purposes, attempt to hack or disrupt the app, violate the rights of other users and provide false or misleading information. Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or termination. We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion for: violation of this User Agreement, breech of PayPal's terms and misuse of the app. Upon termination, your access to the app will end, and all data may be deleted.

Limitation of liability

Fortune Factory is provided "as-is.". We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. We are not responsible for PayPal operations or disruptions.

Governing law

This User Agreement is govered by the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
